I bought an EPSON L130 INK JET PRINTER Serial No VJ5K274300, On[protected], My product is under warranty . I have been facing a problem for the last 30 days. My device is not Powering up suddenly. I called your toll free No [protected] and gave a Complaint. My complaint is :-[protected] on[protected]. Your customer support Did not co-operate Properly. Every day They Told That Executive Will Visit But No one Came to Short out My problem. After 13 days, the Executive Will Visit and solve the problem on 26/8/21. But today I am suffering from the same problem with the printer. The device is not Powering up suddenly. I called today your toll free No [protected] at 11;27 am and gave a Complaint. My complaint id is :-9594559 . After some time Mr Subrata Mondal called me from [protected] mob no and said that he was called from Epson service center and Misbehaved with me, with his Arrogant attitude ...That person's behaviour is shocking to me ... I will not tolerate this kind of behavior...I am taking steps with Consumers Foram. and I will go as far as I can go. All the necessary documents are with me . Was this information helpful? | |||
