Date: 04/05/2019 Epson india Subject :- duplicate ink supply by dealer. Respected sir/madam, We had purchased new epson l380 colour printer from creative business solution from bhayander west dated on 24/10/2018 gst no.27awmps7662l1zj. He has given a duplicate ink for the printer because of which our printer has been damaged. Due to this problem, we are not able to print our important office documents. Due to this duplicate ink, our ink tank got damaged and now the servicing person is asking for charges. We can’t print our important documents and our work load is increasing. Please look into this matter immediately. I m attaching the invoice copy also with it so you can take necessary actions. Our printer is still under warranty. Looking forward for your help.
