Dear Sir/ Madam I Have Supplied Epson L220 Printer To My Customer, On Oct 15 2015 But it has got Problem From the beginning Oct 17 2015, I have logged complaint for several times, but problem was not solved till date after it has been verified, Repaired, Replaced the spares in front of me and even after taken to service center in udupi by your technicians It has same problem with poor quality with Print out, Paper jam, etc My Customer Mr Prashanth Have Dropped the Printer in my office saying that he wants Refund The amount or He want New Box Piece Printer, Or else he is going to file a Suite against me / company in the court I kindly Request you to Refund The amount or Replace with New Sealed box Printer to my Customer as early as possible Printer details are below Model No: Epson L220 All In One Inktank Printer Sl No:VGXK167219 p nO: L220
