Epson lq 310 -mother board complaint, complaint id-1816 date-18/06/2018.But the problem is not solved.Urgently to solve the issue

technician coming and the problem is motherboard complaint.but this time the board is not replace.the printer is not working.the printer is in warrenty period.
this is the gramapanchayath office, the printer is front office printer.so urgently solve the issue
