I have reported to your authorised service centre to repair my Epson M200 printer before 1 to 1.5 month. When I bring this printer from there after paying amount of Rs. 650/- I was facing same problem, than I called back to ASC. They send his engineer at our office and have changed it's head cable and charged me amount of Rs. 150/-. But after two days it was starting trouble again with same problem. After making many reminder to engineer on phone, he always told me that I will come today but not came at my office and passed more than 40 days.
Now we have reported the printer again at your ASC on 05/08/2017 and they are charging Rs. 360/- plus Rs. 120/- for head cable change.
Now I want to say that how many times head cable will change. I am enclosing herewith the bill for your kind consideration. Kindly do the need full other wise we will go to take legal action in consumer forum.
