Epson India — epson printer l360 is not working

Address:Debagarh, Odisha, 768108

Whenever i m giving a command for print it shows "printer massege error:-a printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life.
Please contact epson support.". I refilled all ink yesterday but still ink is not charging. I think before yesterday there was one month of vacance period of my printer is not in use, thats why i thinks the inks has dried. Scan is running well but print is not working

My printer epson 2175 is not working. I contact your service center sawai madhopur (rajasthan). your service center within 1 month not complete my printer. please send your experienced enginer. i am a regular user of epson printer. thanks

You have to reset Waste Ink Counters in your printer by WIC Reset Utility and use free Trial Reset Key
