I am regret to inform you that even after several complaints registered by telephone and registered through tollfree no., your kottayam service centre has not responded so far. Every talk they informed they are coming today but not reached so far. Therefore, give strict direction to the kottayam service centre to repair the above printer. Expected early action from your side.

Sir, the printer machine is not working since 09 Sep 17 after refilling the black cartridge T6641 Black and the whole working condition has stopped since then. Please rectify as soon as possible.
