I have a printer l4160 purchased on 28 jun 2018. From the date of purchase printer i am facing problems, several time i called customer care for same, many time your engineer visited my place and taken printer for repairing but after few days same problem occurred error 304. Recently on 4 feb 2020 i visited your service centre at ghaziabad and left my printer for repair they gave me back on 8th and charged rs.500/-service charge, but today same problem start again now let me know what to do.
