Epson India — Installation

I purchase a printer epson l360 form sharda cd rom, yash kamal complex dated 21.05.17 and he give me a no [protected] (rao), i told him for for printer installation then he give me [protected] (pintu) but mr pintu no come on time first he say i come 11am then say 2pm then say 6pm but no come and everytime he ask about address, i cant understand why he ask me my address 4-5 times. and finally he miss behave with me and no come at address then i call mr rao he also misbehave with me and no one come to install printer after 2days
