L220 printer problem:
I have purchase a new L220 printer with serial no. *VGXK085819* after three month later. I feel the problem that only one side of page is printed but when we put paper after fold and put print command only one or two pages are come out remaining aren't. I call to customer care(N0: [protected]) about this on 31-6-16 and my complain no. was: 2449210. According to customer care there respective engineer visit within three days but they come on 7-6-16, Name- Pankaj, Mob: [protected], but they aren't able to solve the problem and tell that before evening of same day they will solve it. I call them in evening instead of solving the problem they suggest me to solve the problem myself. And without my signature on the form they close my complain. Again i put my complain on 7-6-16, My complain No-2466465, and continue in touch with customer care as well as service center, they just tell me again and again my problem solved within three working days. What the hell is going on Still No one visit my home to solve the problem. I have a simple question if service center agree that your complain solve within three working days than who take responsibility to full fill there commitment. If they are unable to take responsibility than why they give onside warranty and such types of advertisement so that customer are attracted to purchase Epsion product but the fact is that these things fall under category of Cheating of customer.
