Sir good afternoon. I am adnan sheikh from vaishali nagar jaipur. I had purchased this before 5-6 days and this printer sometimes dont work and i noted that it is a good printer but it is not working now... When i used to scan the document then it shows that scanner is in use or unavailable.. I dont whats the problem with it but i want that epson executive visit my home for this.. Bcz this product is in warranty... Contact me on my contact number [protected].. Its urgent... Plz try to contact me as soon as possible...

Sir,
this is Air Force Station Varanasi our epson dlq 3500 (Sl No-RJHY008465) printer not able to print on a4 size ply paper properly.
last one year it works very well but now it creates problem in printing.
please send your rep. for rectification.
product is within warranty..
