Dear sir,
I am having epson l210 printer and 10 days ago my printer was not working and we called service support engineer from lakshmi system & technology (Echn48)- tambaram, chennai.
Day 1 service : they found the cable was problem, need to replace cable. Collected service visiting charge rs.250/-
Day 2: service engineer not come
Day 3 service: they found the board was problem, need to replace the board.
Day 3: service engineer not come
Day 5 service: the engineer replace the board then they said the machine paper input roller was problem and at the time they dont have the spare.
They collect rs 2007 for board replacement.
Day 3: service engineer not come
Day 4 service: paper input roller changed and he found the board is need to configured, so he is unable to rectify my printer issue.
Day 5: service engineer not come
Day 5: service engineer not come
Notice the service engineer was changed for every day. So no one have the proper record to handle the printer bug.
I have lost my business due to this kind of service. Please take the necessary action on my issue please resolve my issue.
