Epson India — print paper leave out and blue ink not flashing

I have purchases a epson l380 printer serial no. Azq5066719 on dated[protected]. While printing, the paper does not print and leaves the paper out. Blue ink does not flash ink. Till purchases the printer and same complaint 4 times inform to your authorized service center m/s astron computer services, sigara, varanasi up and representative of service center attend the complaint & assure the same problem not in future. But same problem short out within month after repairing.

Complain attended by your service representative and assure same above problem not in future. But same above problem coming after 1 week of repairing.

So, i requested to your solve this our same problem carefully. Otherwise i Will be bound to take legal action.
