PATHETIC SERVICE QUALITY OF EPSON AND ITS'S DEALERS
I bought the epson l565 printer from a local dealer in pune during the month of dec-2015 and since last 15 days was having a problem with the print quality. The complaint was registered with the epson call center and the call was assigned to their service agency skylark services. Skylark services deputed their engineer and engineer diagnosed the problem with the printer head and have suggested replacement of printer head. Skylark services without replacing the printer head went ahead and closed the call. On subsequent enquiry was told that fresh complaint needs to be registered and when raised with call center they expressed their unwillingness to register call since they have some system issue but they promised to make a note of the complaint and forward to the service center. Skylark services refused to admit that any fresh complaint was registered but agreed to send a engineer. I kept chasing skylark for the whole day and at the close of day they told me no complaint is registered hence they cannot send any engineer. This communication could have been told to me at the start of the day and i wouldn't wasted my day waiting for their godly engineer to visit my place. The staff of skylark was very rude and simply banged the phone when requested for an update.
