I had a Epson L3156 Printer. There is a problem of Photo Paper Jaming frequently. So I approch the Epson service center at Dhantoli Nagpur. There is a Sevice Engineer Mr Nihal who service the printer and gave me back. No online receipt copy was provided and he charged Rs 500 for service. Next day when I gave print command the paper was again jamming more frequently than earlier. So I called service center to Mam Mrs Sneha Deshpande and engineer Nihal. They told to bring the printer again to service center from 40 km from my office wasting petrol and time adn told me the motor roller problem and demanded more expenses. I requested them to send service person but they denied and ended the call without hearing my problem. This is not a satisfactory work from epson india. I am suffering financially and wasted my time at your center.
