Epson India — Product not dispatched order no.[protected]

I'm k. Mohammed ali, i ordered epson l380 ink tank printer online - www.epsonshop.co.in on 20th june 2017. Order no.[protected]. The product is not dispatched till now. I contacted the support via email - [protected]@epsonshop.co.in and phone[protected]. No response in phone. I'm getting same email replies saying that "we regret that the product is not dispatched due to logistic issue and it will dispatch tomorrow and the product will be delivered on friday - 30th june 2017" for the past two days. No clear information on the logistic issue. I have asked them to deliver it by friday 30th june 2017, if not then cancel the order and return the money. For this they haven't replied. I want the epson concern to take necessary either to deliver the product by friday or cancel the order and return the money.

मेरा प्रिंटर L 805 अभी वारंटी में है serial no W84L035360 . है सर्विस सेंटर वाले
लोग इसे सही से रिपेअर नहीं कर रहे है . टाइम पास करते है .अभी वारंटी में है यह नये नये complain no, लिख लिख के मे काफी परेशान हो गया हू या तोह मेरे मुझे पैसे वापिस करादो
मुझे नही चाहिये यह प्रिंटर इससे जितना मेरा काम नही हुआ है उससे ज्यादा मे तेल खर्च कर चुका हू
