Epson India — Technician delay

Dear Sir/Madam

I have registered a complaint for our Epson Scanner which is under Warranty.The Product complaint number is INC[protected].The complaint has been given about a month ago.So far the issue is not resolved.I get messages everyday to my mobile from which i have registered, that my issue will be attended today.But noone has reported till today.We have informed through the landline contact but it doesn't help.I am working in a Bank and the Scanner is from our organization which has been used for Our Account opening and Bill payments process.Due to the negligence of epson staff and inevitable delay from your side, our branch general procedures are stopped and we have to face complaints from our customers everyday.
