Respected sir/mam, am suresh from v3 computers (Coimbatore), herewith mentioning that epson service centre (Wiptron peripherals epson service centre - kala complex, 100 feet rd, 4th street extension, gandhipuram, coimbatore 641012), are literally avoiding to service epson printers on site, they are harsh on every customer if its out of warranty, they are not even responding to them, they just ordering them to bring the product to service centre if it is out of warranty, even without servicing the printer they keep on telling the service charges will be 550/- for just a visit (Without even aware of the problem of the machine) this is not the first time we are facing this frustrating behaviour from authorised epson service team, the recent complaint id:5214874 for the proof, they are just calling the customer after 3-4 days of complaint raised, but not even care to visit on site and service, our epson customers are very much irritated and frustated with authorised epson service and their behaviour, even after i spoke with the tamilnadu regional head mr ezhil rajan[protected], no action has been taken, after 3-4 days of complaint, they are just calling our epson customer and ordering them to bring the product inspite of corporate clients, personally using customers, kindly am requesting you to look on this issue for the betterment of epson sales and service, it really affects the sales of the epson directly if it is not taken care, such a good product has gotten a bad name due to weird service issues, kindly contact me @+[protected] for any clarity regarding this serious issue.
