Equitas Micro Finance — no update shared (late payment & check bounce) | |||||
Hi all, We took a loan of 2.5lakhs against our property with whooping 24% as rate of interest in moolakadai branch, chennai. Mr. Mathi is the representative. They lost the cheque which we surrendered and never notified about the cheque bounces. And every month they come and collect emi but never updated us stating that the due which we are paying is beyond the cut-off date and about the late payment charges. They are culture-less fellows. Now we have to bear 40k as late payment charges & for check bounce charges. 24% interests itself a robbery and 40k additional charges. Not sure how reserve bank of india giving permission for such looting banks. My humble request to you all, please don't take loan from this bank. Don't let your hard earned money to go useless.
