Hi, my name is vijayalakshmi, i taken loan on aug 2022, rs 35000 in equtas micro finance, i paid all the due without fail, but the person came to home and shouting, behave like voilance, even we paid the due before itslef, but the person dont aware about payment, kindly take immediate action to that bodinayakanur puthu colony branch collection person, otherwise we go for a consumer court, , , ,

Loan has been over and closed nearing 40 days but i have not received the documents.
So it is inconvenient for me for other work
So please I need the documents immediately. Thankyou

I had a took top up loan for a commercial vechicle tn99j9725... I had asked to change the emi date to 10th of a month and i pre-paid my due before 5 days and asked to cancel the cheque... Due to the manager sivaprakash (Equitas bank opp to radio station coimbatore) ph:[protected] irresponsibility my cheque has been bounced and i called to his no and breifly explaining my problems... He is speaking rudely and saying this is your mistake and i am not resposnible for that and you can gile any complaints to higher official and i dont care about it... And finally saying pls go ahead... I just got frustrated and i pay my dues correctly without any cheque bounce and his conversation made me so upset how such preveliage bank make this man as a manager... If a person paying his dues correctly such person will speak like this only... I want to overcome this issue... I just felt disheartened by his speech

We took a loan of 2.5lakhs against our property with whooping 24% as rate of interest in moolakadai branch, chennai. Mr. Mathi is the representative. They lost the cheque which we surrendered and never notified about the cheque bounces. And every month they come and collect emi but never updated us stating that the due which we are paying is beyond the cut-off date and about the late payment charges. They are culture-less fellows. Now we have to bear 40k as late payment charges & for check bounce charges. 24% interests itself a robbery and 40k additional charges. Not sure how reserve bank of india giving permission for such looting banks. My humble request to you all, please don't take loan from this bank. Don't let your hard earned money to go useless. Hdfc is far better.!

As per the supreme court order, banks should not be asking the Aadhar details as mandatory requirement. However, the equitas group is aggressively demanding the Aadhar details for dispatching the small loans and their employees are abusive in nature as well. As this a matter concerning the privacy of the individuals, a serious action must be taken against Equitas and their employees. They just can bend the rules for their convenience.

Dear sir,
I am pramila jagtap from nashik. I have taken a home loan from equitas finance nashik (Loam no. Senashik0008152).in earlier the bank was deducted my emi from hdfc bank, but since i want to close my hdfc account, i requsted them to please my transfer my emi account from erlier hdfc bank to exiting state bank account. Same info. When i was gone to tell equitas bank executive.. He said that "you required 7 checks o[censored]r changed bank (Sbi) and rs. 1000 only, we will proceed your application to change the same".
Now when after i did changed my ecs bank account as told by equitas bank, the emi was not deducted from my new bank.. (My emi got bounced at that month (5 jan 2015). But when i did compliant regarding same to equitas they told me that your account is already been transferred and may for first month due to our technical issue, your ecs has not done on time. Don't worry, now you just submit us the emi amount and pay your current month emi. Same has been done since from year 2015. After 1 year after checking my old bank statement, i realised that my account is not been transferred as said by equitas.
After that to resolve my issue equitas demanding more 7 checks of new bank and done my ecs. But now they demanding bouncing charges (20000 rs.) of which the emi was bounced completely due to misguidenc regarding ecs and bank transformation by equitas bank. Basically i m preson who is from very poor background and not able to pay this much amount. From last 6 month i have also done the request to foreclose loan due to such problems.. Same also pending and continuously ignoring my issue and demanding to pay penalty amount which is completely due to their fault and not mine.
I hope co - operation from your side and give me justice on same as soon as possible.

I have transfered my home loan to equitas bank. But they forcibly added 1.18 lacs in my loan account as an insurance and start deducting emi.
I talked to their senior people mr. Amrish, ahmedabad, miss merlin (Head office). But they did not reply properly. Now they stop picking up my phone. This is very much harassment to me. They are forcing me to take this 1.18lacs loan against insurance. I do not want this loan. I have sent so many mails since last 3 months. But no reply from equitas bank.

In my account at equitas rs 354 has been deducted in the name of aqb charges for the quarter jan - mar. I had staff salary account and when i resigned the job these charges were deducted. I want to close the account at that time but my full and final settlement was not received at that time. Now i got my full and final settlement. Waive this aqb charges as i was not aware of that because i had staff salary account. Also i want to close the account so please tell the procedure. Account no[protected]. I just owned a 17seater mahindra van where i taken loan from your equitas bank ramanatha puram branch coimbatore (Tn 99j 9725).. From bank process to now they are not responding at al...in startng i said please chnge emi to every month of 10th and they said u just pay 1st month emi on 5th and from next month onward we will change to 10th of every month and after payng 1st month emi and i called to consent person (Stephen-[protected]) he is not even listeng to me and not attending the call and even sayng sir it will be a long process it will take time and etc and u have to pay 3000 for it.in the begnning itself he didnt say that intrest.. Worst experince frm that person.. Please take necessary action and change my emi to 10th of every month

I won discuss you, actually i just taken home loan from your genies & smart equitas finance pvt. Ltd. Disbursement date: 18 may 2015, loan amount rs. 2, 00, 000/-
I paid regularly monthly installment up to august 2017. After that i like to inform you i have to pay remaining loan amount is rs. 1, 37, 796/- at one time. So i have to earn all that facilities which you are giving to your other consumer list.
But specially i have say you that (Complaint) equitas finance pvt. Ltd. Satara branch employee's (Speacially mr. Sandeep) aren't corporate with us, they can't agreed to due to that facilities.
My home loan a/c. August 2017 ending balance : 1, 37, 796/- so i request you this amount slope down at least rs. 1, 20, 000/- / 1, 30, 000/-
Actually i had discussed with satara branch employee. They doesn't any reply to me.

We are the one of the educational institution. We got vechivle loan from equitas. We pay all the installments without bending. For this august 2017 we cannot able to pay in the right time and we gave commitment on 12.08.2017 saturday. Unexpectedly we on that we are in outstation. The collection agent visited to the school without calling us and from the school he called us and told that i cannot move from here without collecting the amount. We ask exscuse but bhe is not accept it and told that i seize the vechile the branch manager also speaking like that. The have using very horror words. That gives us a mental depression and irritation. Not good.

2015, july i taken home loan amount of 2 lac rupees, i paid 23 installment but still my principle amount is 2 lac rupees, i called customer care, and they are said they are detecting your int amount only, your principle amount it will not change till your end, thevidiya pasanga they are drinking our blood, ivangalellam bank nadthuradhavida evan sunniyavadhu oombalam.. illana idhala vela pakkaravanga ellam avanga ponndatiya yarkittavadhu vittu sambathikalam...

I'm Mary kalaiselvi taken a vehicle Loan (used vehicle transport ) from...equitas vellore branch.
Loan was disbursed without any hassle.. .but changing the vehicle permit and name transfer was a horrible journey. The bank appointed an so call agent in vellore RTO..who did not do anything and it took us 8 months to complete the whole process where the vehicle (transport) was not able to be used due to lack of papers..
I have met a huge loss due to the negligence of the bank staff and negligence of the agent appointed by the bank ( after paying him all the Commission fee) .I would like to know how the Equitas is going to compensate us with this loss... meanwhile the bank staff were prompt in collecting the EMI and we were paying the EMI up to this.

Several calls had been made in this regard to the agent assigned to put Loan.. .. but the answer was I will check and call you back and never called until we called him again.

Hope we will get a useful response... I don't even need the vehicle after 8 months of non usage.

Iyyappan form chennai, i gave loan ""equitas micro finance""iin madurantakam. r nov 2016 1 lac amount of 24% interest 4 years period loan amount. an give give 60, 000 interest give noc. now days 500 an 1000 rupees not valid so that i can't pay for my emi ecs clearance amount my bank ac. even if ecs insufficiant fund so that cheque bounce an 400 bank penality equitas also penality chrged 570 amount. i call branch manager he was
Childish reply, not give me further response an support, after i call customer care help.. there was not pick up in two days any time my through phone call.. website sit is very very worst, an their wast staff indiscipline. corporate office phone number not avail everyone number... worst service an wast staff, worst an worst response
