It was arrived to me by raspberry pi 4 combo kit but FROM OPENING TIME IT GAVE SHOCK TO ME LIKE AC. SO I THINK THAT IT HAS MANUFACTURING DEFECT. SO PLEASE CHANGE IT OR REPAIR IT
