I booked bus from madurai from cbe at 11.15... I was shocked to see the ac window broken in my seat... When asked driver gets irritated and scolded the helper by asking "do i drive or see this kind of stuff'... Also he threatened me by shouting at some car driver in bad word... To my shock there is not even side bar which will prevent us from fall and act as a protecting layer... Are 't we r paying enough r do we travel without paying? Such a drastic worst experience... This is how u ll treat it girls customer ah? Whose responsibility to see all the seat r as per requirement ah nu... If i didn't pay for any such reasons will i accept it?
