Essar Oil Limited — Non issue of duplicate shares

There are shares in the name of my father Pawan Kumar. My father has expired 17 years ago. physical shares are not traceable. His folio number is probably 147505/0147520. I have received offer letter for delisting of equity shares. I have write letter to you with proof of my father death certificate, my driving license & copy of envelope of delisting offer is attached.
