I am raja from danavaipeta village thondangi mandal kakinada district andhra pradesh sir essar oil sell heavy rate in my village, i asked bonk distributar thise bonk is privet bonk so rates are heavy said me but i compaired same essar bonk in kakinada rate difference is between
10-15/- rupees sir i know regional rates are different but those bonk owner sell more rate other bonks
So please activate against the fraud

Staff Members Behaviour are Rude
Very worst management at the petrol pump. Staff behaviour is very rude. They behave like they are provide petrol/diesel at free of cost. Pooja is very rude with customers. Don't know how to talk with customers. Worst Worst Worst petrol pump ever visited.

We refill disel in our car. There is a scheme of giving a waterbottle free on ₹2000 disel. My bill amount was ₹4150 we asked for two from the staff we was for ready to give two bottles bottles but the manager came and denied him to give two bottles. We didn't took the one bottle too because the manger was rudely talking.

R/Sir, I have fill petrol in Essar petrol pump on[protected],[protected], 18/07/2020 by ATM card of SBI. And in my account 3 times Rs. 11.80 each debited for these transaction. So, request to u pls. credit my total amount of these 3 transaction for Rs. 11.80 x3 = 35.40 paise.

Other HP company or BP company doesnt debit any amount. It means this is recover from customer not dealer. So credit my debited amount urgently.

I am arvind kumar on dated 24.02.2019 my car polo petrol tank capacity of 45 litre full tank by the your essar petrol pump in the name of shree krishna petrol pump located at aburoad to palanpur highway near amirgadh dist. Banaskantha (Palanpur) my problem is there i was full tank of the my car by petrol with capacity of tank 45 liter but your petrol pump warden fill the petrol 46 liter with rs.3200/-paid by me through my atm card how can it is possible.
Petrol tank capacity 45 and 46 liter where gone my humble request to you please enquiry cctv and miter of the pump. And reply me immediately
If it is nk any reply from your end i can go for consumer forum.

Sir, there is essar petrol pump in chawla colony, panipat (Haryana). No air is available for vehicles and the staff were saying that air machine is not under working condition from last 25 days... Please resolve this issue as soon as possible... Manager is not providing us free air for our vehicles... They seem to be useless... And staff is also misbehaving with consumers

Wrong amount was entered from the card during payment and when we asked to correct it then the fellow said that we can make some arrangement and would force you to pay more and you would not come to know. What's this non-sense. This petrol pump should be banned from selling the fuel with immediate effect. They are making fool of consumers by giving less petrol then the usual.
