Essar Oil — malpractice by filling stations

I am a regular customer of essar since the petrol pump started working at kanina and berli kalan in rewari, haryana.
The attendants directs you to big nozzle for filling diesel and do not lock while filling making excuses and on asking why so had no answer. Filling is done manually operating the nozzle with frequent on and off. Therefore the quantity filled up less then the shown/ charged.
Even rates are not updated on day to day basis f down ward.

Berli kalan, murthi devi filling station
Date : 19 sep 2017 qty of diesel - 36.03, rate 58.77amount charged - 2117.48 (2120)
Kanina ;rattan deep f/stn,
Date 29 sep 2017, qty of diesel-34.01 rate 58.82 amount charged - 2000

Request investigate as to why customers are directed for filling to big nozzle which can not be locked and the rates on these particular dates. Regards
