I have purchased profile roofing sheets at a exorbitant price from their dealer m/s Nana Sales at Virar east NH 48. I was told five years guarantee by the dealer . However within 4 months of the purchases the said profile roofing sheets of Jindal Steel started corroding .Either manufacturer or the dealer has played a fraud on us .I request for the replacement of the sheets or the cost thereof

Dear Sir,

I purchased your roof top sheets/patra for covering my house (1800 sq ft area) at Patpanhale, Tq-Guhagar, Dist-Ratnagiri in January, 2019.

After installing the sheets we are getting banginging sound right from morning to late evening which disturbs my old parents and children. How come this could happen when other company sheets do not make auch sounds. It means the quality is poor.

You have also not provided proper top covering (Kona) due to which there is a gap between patra and kona, which enables the rat, mouse, squirrel and snakes to enter the house.

I brought my parents to Navi Mumbai during corona epidemic and after visiting the house after 8 months we found that mouse had spoiled all furniture and beds.

When a company like you make such products are you not taking any feedback?

Why I should not file a compensation case for poor quality and installing cost against you?

Date - 06 september 2020 at 10:30 am to fill petrol in my baleno car "j p petroleum, essar petrol, swagat flamingo rd, sargasan, gandhinagar, gujarat 382421" who went to the address given, then i complain to the petrol pump which is as follows,

(01) when i asked you to fill in 500 petrol car, the person filling the petrol first would show me by checking whether the reading of the pump meter is zero or not, then while filling the car with petrol, the person filling the petrol tried to talk to me unnecessarily, so its purpose at that time was meter reading which i could not see.

(02) when i gave the debit card to the person filling the petrol for payment, and gave me to dial my debit card pin number by injecting a debit card into the machine, i dialed pin mumber and immediately returned the mechian to the person, immediately after giving, at that time the person took the cell out of the machine and turned it on and off, and my mobile payment deduction massage came, then i showed that person a massage but he didn't believe me, he told me that since i did not get out of the payment receipt machine, you have to pay again, and that payment will be refunded to your bank within 48 hours, and even if this problem happens many times in this machine, we have kept such a machine ", then i had to pay 500 again, in short i wanted 500 rupees of petrol, but i have to pay 1000 rupees for that petrol.

With proper mutual agreement. We were dealing with mr. Satish thakur (One of the representatives of burnpur steel co.)

Our executives & recruitment team work very hard for providing the recruitment services to the said organization. After availing the manpower recruitment services from our organization, now they are denying to pay the professional services. Our organization follows up more than 60 days for the payment but now they are not ready to pay our professional fee for our hard work. His representatives change her statement on every conversation.

As we recruited the many candidates in this organization for the position of area sales officer & manager; name as given below.
01. Mr. Sounik ghosh
02. Mr. Suman bhattacharya
03. Mr. Subhash sarkar
04. Mr. Amit chakraborty

Mr. Sounik ghosh joined in his organization on 15th february 2020, & after 20th march 2020; due to covid 19 each & every employee was working from home & even after lockdown. Even we were working for this organization before & after lockdown.in-case of termination from either side (Employee or employer side), the company should provide the confirmation mail but they did not provide any termination/confirmation mail from their end.

We would like to clarify mr. Suman bhattacharya, he continually worked with these organization till july 2020. He was reported from time to time in their office as well as via phone calls, even he reported on 20th july 2020 with few dealers/distributors.
But he did not receive any salary/remuneration for his hard work from the beginning (Since joining i. E. 17th march 2020) from your organization that why he barred to leave for your organization (As discussed with applicants). It's clear under the hr malpractice with employees & against the indian labour law.

Apart from this, they provided the offer letter to mr. Subhash sarkar, mr. Amit chakraborty for the same position for alipurduar & siliguri location.

Amit chakraborty joined on 17th march 2020. He reported time to time to mr. Satish thakur during & after lockdown but suddenly mr. Satish thakur stops receiving his call without any clarification/notice/termination mail and finally he did not receive any salary/remuneration for his hard work.

Same things happen with mr. Subhash sarkar, at the time of joining mr. Satish thakur stop receiving his call without any clarification/notice/termination mail.

The above-mentioned incident clearly shows the unprofessionalism & hr malpractice with job seekers. We did not raise the payment invoice for the rest two applicant as he did not complete at least 45 days in this organization.
But as mr. Sounik ghosh & mr. Suman bhattacharya completed his 45 days from the date of joining that's why they are liable to release our receivable amount. But now mr. Satish thakur changing his statement every time & not ready to pay our professional fee for recruitment services.

We want to lodge complain legally in the consumer court/forum with all documentations for our payment with compensation for harassing our organization.

Bought essar steel colour coated sheet in 2017 jan and the condition if the sheet in 2020 is that they are not as promised by company. They have been coroded and due to which everywhere there are pinholes.
Worse quality essar steel is giving. Almost cheating.

I have visited for fuel up at one of the essar petrol pump to refuel my car,
And ask one of the staff for washroom
They have denied to use that one,
And girls working there has no manners of talking to whom they are talking and what they are talking.
All other staff were busy with female staff and have no attention towards customers. That is not they way it should be,

मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 11.03.2020 को पेट्रोल भरने के लिए उक्त एस्सार दिव्या ट्रेडर्स, शिवपुरी रोड़ sheopur (MP) सर्वे no. 1615 & 1616 जिला शेओपुर मे डिजिटल लेन –देन हेतु पेट्रोल भरने के लिए phone-pay करने को कहा गया किन्तु उनके द्वारा इस हेतु मना करने पर नगद राशि देने को कहा गया चूंकि उनके कार्यालय मे phone-pay की सुविधा थी ज्ञात हो की सरकार द्वारा डीजटल लेन-देन को बड़ाने एवं जीएसटी के संबंध incom tax को बचाने बालो पर नजर रखने हेतु सभी संस्थानो पर डिजिटल लेनदेन सुविधा अनिवार्यत सुनिशिचित किया जाए किन्तु ये सब उक्त सुबिधा मात्र उस पेट्रोल पंप उनके कागज पर ही दिखाए देती है एवं मेरे द्वारा जब अपनी गाड़ी मे उक्त पेट्रोल पंप पर मे हवा भरने को कहा गया था तब वहाँ के कर्मचारियों द्वारा उक्त मशीन को कई दिनों से खराब होना बताया गया तथा विरोध करने पर उन्होने मना कर मुझसे गलत बर्ताव किया गया जिससे मुझे मानसिक आघात पहुंचा किन्तु एक जागो ग्राहक की हसीयत से मेरे द्वारा उपभोक्ता हित को ध्यान मे रखते हुए जब कंपनी के अधिकारी से फोन पर शिकायत की गयी तो (स्क्रीनशॉट संलग्न) उनके द्वारा उन सभी बातों को जो मेरे द्वारा कहा गया तो उन्होने बताया कि पेट्रोल पंप कंपनी के Agreement के अनुसार सभी पेट्रोल पंप मालिक द्वारा डिजिटल लेन –देन एवं हवा भरने की सुविधा नि: शुल्क प्रदाय की जाती है किन्तु बहा वे सब सुविधा नहीं थी एवं कंपनी के अधिकारी से जब पेट्रोल पंप मालिक एवं उनके सहयोगियों की फोन पर बात कराई गयी तो उन्होने उन सब बातों को गलत बताकर सभी सुविधा को सुचारु रूप से सही बताया गया एवं मेरे द्वारा विरोध करने पर पेट्रोल पंप मालिक एवं उनके सहयोगियों द्वारा मुझसे गलत बर्ताव कर यहा से जाने को कहकर गालियां दी गयी साथ ही उपभोक्ता के अधिकारों का हनन किया गया जिससे मुझे मानसिक एवं आर्थिक क्षति का सामना करना पड़ा मेरे द्वारा एक जागो ग्राहक की हसीयत से ये सब का विरोध की जाना क्या उचित कदम नही है तथा ऐसे पेट्रोल पंप मालिक को जो देवता समान ग्राहक से अपशब्द कहे तथा उस कंपनी के खिलाफ कार्यवाही किया जाना चाहिए जो अपने परिपत्रों को ताक पर उन पेट्रोल पंप मालिक पर सब सुविधा जो की वांछनीय है उपलब्ध न करा पाने के दोषी है |

They doesn't fill the right amount of petrol for the given money.
They are not selling in liters they just cheat every one by selling in amounts of money.
Essar tries to cheat every one, if asked in litres they are just acting that they wrongly pressed the amount in the meter and the owner tries to move us away after filling and gets the money from us like he owns it.
They are adding non petroleum fluids to diesel which can clearly noticed by the excess foaming while filling in a can.

Sir i am regular customer of essar petroleum but today i have go to sri shiv sakti petrol pump bara devi kanpur up for filling the petrol of rs 510 at 12.05 pm where a petrol pump operator mr arvind kumar pandey very badly talk to people. I request to please fill 510 petrol i will make payment through debit card. He said card machine is not working we not accept the money from card then i further request him then he very badly give me machine and said do transaction with this if you can. I found machine correct and my payment done easily but the behaviour of all the petrol pump staff is very bad. As essar is very reputated company in india this type of people produce negative image of your brand. Kindly take suitable action and inform us so that we can having faith with essar in future too. H ow can any petrol pump denied to take payment digitally.

In paradeep essar steel the local cntractors not working well. One project bill. They showing in company 4 times. And cheat with company.in one lakh project. They showing bill 3 lakh. All of your company staff and engineers also with them. And take 30 percent of contractor' s bill. Sir remove them from company. Local contractors

So sir stop them. Other wise they will loot company. Sir come paradip and solve the problem

I am navaneeth adepu, ex employee of essar id no.20032656 worked in essar group for 7 years (6 years in mynmar). Resigned the job and is accepted on 22.11.2016. Even after lapse of almost 1 and half year following issues are solved till date. There is no response to the several mails sent to mr. Uttam (Uttam. [protected]@essar.com) and av. [protected]@essar.com
1. Relieving letter and service certificate - my resignation has accepted by the management on 22.11.2016 but till now i haven't received relieving letter and service certificate from essar.
2. Gratuity - i have sent the signed hard copy to essar ho on 30.01.2017.

3. Tenure linked bonus - i was joined with essar on 15th june 2010, i suppose to get tenure linked bonus of 1, 20, 000 rupees after 3 years continuous service, but till now its in pending from essar.

Kindly appraise the same to concerned and settle the issue as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

This is with reference to our letter dated 26th august’16, wherein there is an amount of rs.27.50l outstanding receivable from essar project since last 5 years. The said amount is against project - hazira namely 3.9mtpa corex project-po sz03/m04/[protected] dated 04.01.2010 for the supply of 2x conti mixer rv19, set of commissioning spares, set of wear parts and set of operational spares for sludge agglomeration.

We have been following with your office for the same, but could not get any support/response till date.in the view of the same we would request you to look into the matter and release the said payment at earliest.

I have 200 shares of Essar Steel from 1989 more than 26 years. Not able to sell them as the company de-listed by unethical means. I have opted their offer but not received any single paisa. Wrote many times to the company all in vain. Very stubborn and arrogant promoters, who don't mind looting public money in the form of IPOs. They are notorious worst than Vijay mallya, who only defaulted banks (Public money), here they have looted both bank and share holders money. we are stay in our hazira village in dist. Surat taluko choryasi.. We are saying that essar steel india ltd is lots of coal and cemicals pollution in hazira. Esaar steel plant and our village in only 200 meeters distence so that all people are suffring a coal dust pollution in essar steel blast furnesh and corex 1 & 2 plant. This is a very and huge pollution create plant.
We are decied to medai conference and legelly air pollution checking our village.
And many people are paas away in cancer and there medical report say lost of coal dust in body.

Please sir read and strikly desision this essar compnay and band to blast furnesh and corex 1 & 2 plant..

This complaint is with refernce to Mr Ravindre Pal. Regional Manager at Essar Steel Ltd. as i had interaction with him regarding my job in karnal but i found out how can a reputed company can hire such a unprofessional human who talked using all the abuses as the adjectuives that i was really embarrased to hear that on top of it i went to meet him in the noon time and at that poin of time he was already for rum glasses down. On top of it he asked for a bribe which was a new laptop. But due to my fiancial constraint i couldnt afford to give and there are wherabouts that he takes advantage of his position and fools people for a job in exchange of money. In his professional career he was chucked out of Hero Honda limited in 2000 as he took stlye (name of a scooty) as a bribe. then he swithched over to reliance after manipulating his c.v.
His position really scared me and i couldnt do much but i wish some justice could be done.
