I product i received wit tracking id [protected] which is essence gel eye pencil is empty. There only a structure with no refill inside it.. So kindly refund my money since it was a cash on delivery product. The expectation was too high since a nykaa serves its customer nicely but the product i receivef is highly disappointing. Plzz i want my money back or the same product must be delivered.
