Essilor — Replacement of Crizal Prevencia lenses due to bad quality

I have been using crizal lenses for the last 14 years. In 2021 I purchased two pairs of crizal prevencia lenses. These were purchased as spare pairs. Now when I start using those pairs in 2022, their coating is removed and I am not able to wear those specs due to the bad quality of the glasses. I am very disappointed with the quality of glasses and services provided by Essilor. I request you to replace my both pairs of lenses.
