I have been using crizal lenses for the last 14 years. In 2021 I purchased two pairs of crizal prevencia lenses. These were purchased as spare pairs. Now when I start using those pairs in 2022, their coating is removed and I am not able to wear those specs due to the bad quality of the glasses. I am very disappointed with the quality of glasses and services provided by Essilor. I request you to replace my both pairs...

Enclosed are the pictures of my complaint about the lens I purchased for my glasses from M/S Verma Opticals, Karol bagh- Delhi.

Date of Purchase:23rd July, 21
Date of 1st Complaint crack at Nose screw area. 6th April 2022
Date of 2nd Complaint lose and crack at Nose area 6th May 2022
Date of 3rd Complaint crack at hinge area 8th Sept 2022.

I make a complaint and Verma Optical sends me back, that it will not break so use it. This is on my face and I cannot accept it. Please investigate this and change my Glasses immediately,

We purchase Essilor lenses always as a Good brand durable and reliable.

Today, i got delivered crizal rock lens from your listed opticals shop from my location. I could see scratches in all the corner of lens and also crizal logo appear even without fog. I need your help to confirm that product doesn’t have defect. There is no proper channel for contacting essilor india. Please kindly take as kind request and setup customer customer to help and understand the customer issues and clarifications.

Paid 18k to buy comfort progressive lenses in july 2021. With in 10 months the coating in peeling off.
Showed the store where I got the lenses, they told me that warranty is only for 6 months and have to go now for new lenses.
Essilor is looting money from innocent buyers by selling sub standard lenses in the market.
I could have bought same lenses with Titan for 1/2 the price and would have lasted more than this poor...

My lenses got scratches within 2 days of buying. The specifications says they are scratch proof and they provide warranty against them. But my retailer says that warranty is only for other coatings. If they can't provide genuine scratch proof coat why do you market it and charge double than local lenses. Also i feel my anti reflective coating is reducing day by day

i've bought a essilor crizal lens (eye glass).i bought un aravind opticals on 6/1/14.They said its afibre glass and it'll not broke. but by mistake it has been broken minorly.I gave to claim warranty.but they returned the product.it cost's Rs.7000/- Certificate of Authenticity.Reference number : 558392....
