Essilor — warranty complaint

i've bought a essilor crizal lens (eye glass).i bought un aravind opticals on 6/1/14.They said its afibre glass and it'll not broke. but by mistake it has been broken minorly.I gave to claim warranty.but they returned the product.it cost's Rs.7000/- Certificate of Authenticity.Reference number : 558392.
