A wrist watch of Estilo make was received through FLIPKART under order id No. OD[protected] dated 07.01.2015 at 03.16 pm. But not working and the same was intimated through complaint registration form. Your representative suggested that it has failed within the warranty period and the repair watch has to be sent to firm for repair attention. As per your suggestion, the same was despatched along with proper warranty document and invoice to the firm :Estilo Service Centre", Bangalore through Professional couriers on 11.07.2015. 20 days lapsed neither reply nor watch after repair attention has been received from the Estilo service centre.
