Esuccesstime — no response from the consultant. fake promise made

One named mr. Rohan takur had called me asking to register for job opportunity and i’ll get 200% hike from companies like ibm, barkley’s and capgemini. I had registered and paid a total amount of ₹5600. Now it has been more than 3 months i’ve not received any updates from their side and for the past one week i’m unable to reach them via their customer care number[protected] and there is no response to email that i send them.
