I represent Esutta and adding to your comments - you had a word with Mr. Akhliesh who very politely requested you to be patient and told you not to use foul language - and gave you an assurance that your money would be refunded within 24 hours - and an NEFT of the same was done within 24 hours but Saturday - Sunday being bank holidays it would have showed up in your account on Monday - attached is the screen shot - we take full responsibility as the delay was at the courier end and the same was refunded - please mention the full matter in your complain- also tell that you repeatedly used foul language with all employees and even with the owner of the company even when you were guarantted that your amount has been refunded and you were not willing to listen. attached is the screen shot of the same - Do let us know what other resolution you want on the same.

Thanks. As we have discussed... my confidence was supremely low basis the experience I had.
Since I have got the refund I am marking this complaint as resolved.
Please avoid creating similar experience for your customers.

Please pay a little attention to my case as well. I had placed an order an order as on 28/04/2015 vide order no. ES[protected]. The order was cancelled from your side as the merchandise was out of stock even at the time of purchase, which technically shouldn't even be available for purchase if it was out of stock. However, a refund was promised to me within 3-4 days but apparently it’s been 24 days.
I was speaking to Deepak and was never rude to anybody but you tell me, shall I be or not. What is your excuse now? I have been calling almost 5 times everyday and if, luckily, the call is answered, all I hear from your staff is that "Sir, we have already told our boss Nikhil ji and he will be doing the transaction today" or I hear is "Sir, abhi tak hua nahi kya?"...Now you tell, is this ethical?
