Etc Consultancy — company threats

Respected sir,
Sir on 2/10/19 i got a phone from etc consultancy stating that they will give form filling job (750 forms in 7 days) & on completion they will pay rs 21000/-. I sent aadhar & signature along with a stamped paper agreement. But i found that these are fraud companies. The work had to start from 5/10/19. Sir i have submit the project to company, but first the company took the 8000 rs as server maintence charge. Now again comapny took the money twice as 9530 rs and 15510 as processing fee. And the comapny threat to me for taking the money amount of19963 rs noc. But sir i have no money. Sir overall the company has took amount 33040 rs. But yet company threated to me for court case.
Sir i am a student and my family is very poor. If the case is register my career will be destroyed.
I very very hope full to you that you help me otherwise sir my family will destroyed. I provided the photos of payment which i gave the company.
Sir i can also provide those contact which call me for payment and threat for court case.
