The company agent called me on 28/09/2019 and asked me to work for the company by filling 750 forms in 7 days. The contract period of my work was from 28/09/2019 to 04/10/2019. I completed my work within the period with minimum mistakes. After the qc report is generated the showed me 649 forms correct out of 750. Then their agent called me from their fake salary department and asked me to purchase a penal for the mistakes done and the amount will be refundable. Firstly i ignored their calls for purchasing and then after two days they send me a court summon by sms and mentally harassed me. They said me that if i purchase panel by paying a sum of rs. 15, 530 they will withdraw the case and will provide me the salary and the penal purchase amount. With the court summon fear i paid them rs. 15, 530 and then the hr head said me to pay the full amount of penalty of rs. 37, 950 and then they will be providing me my salary. Then the next day their fake lawyer called me and said to pay the full amount of money or else he will be starting the case against me. Then i asked a lawyer about the summon and he said me that it's fake and it's two months old summon. I request you to take strict actions to the company and force them to refund all the amounts they had taken from the working persons.
