Etco Nissan — Bad service

Do let me know what nissan customer can do about etco nissan.
I am listing down the issues that were created in the car this time by etco, these issues and many others were created by etco in previous services too. In fact when the car was given to me it had a punctured tyre, the camera was connected directly to the battery which kept draining out the battery, i had to call emergency services many times to start the car, i changed the battery in the end which was a waste since the issue continued, finally the service centre found that the camera had a faulty connection.this wasred around 8000 rs of my money for a new battery.the faulty connection was done by the service centre itself.
In this service the roof had a dent in it and the plastic cladding near the windshield had gotten loose.the car was returned without the cladding being fixed because according to etco they couldt do it.after complaining they took the car back and fixed it.
It was then sent back but the roof had a shoddy paint job, the black rubber strips on either sides of the roof were not atrached and moved off by me touching them.the car was then sent back to affix the rubber strips.for fixing the roof i had to call the complaint number and have an argument with etco who claimed that the roof didnt include the black rubber strips after which your complaint centre had to clarify that whatever pointed towards the sun constituted the roof!
It was sent back to me again with very dirty interiors, etco claimed that the car was cleaned an hour before, the back seats were also dirty, their driver claimed that his feet had made them dirty while driving so i asked him to sit in the drivers seat and put his legs on the back seat.when he couldnt do this demonstration he finally admitted the car wasnt cleaned at all, a coupon for cleaning was taken from nissan for the apparent cleaning.the rubber door cladding were also falling off the doors.
The car was cleant and sent back to me without the side view mirrors working, the central time on the dashboard had also stopped working.it was then taken back and fixed.on returning the car i found the side view mirrors still had an issue and the car engine was acting weird.
Etco took the car back today and resolved the issues, i havent verified this though.
What irks me is that etco has no concern or doesnt take any responsibility for the damage done to the car, according to their manager these things happen and its not their fault.they infact told me that as a doctor as long as i solve a persons problems even if i caused them the issues in the first place its ok.
If i were to do this to a petient i would be sued.
I cannot in goodwill pay etco for their shoddy service, and i must remind you that this has happened with every single service.i have had to complain against them every single time to get the car back, it wastes a month of my time for every service
Let me know the steps you will take to get me back my car and to punish etco for doing this to your customers
