Etco Nissan — Nissan Magnite XE

We have booked Nissan Magnite on 7th JAN 2021, we have recd a Performa Invoice from Etco Nissan in Jan.

In Jul we requested Etco Nissan that the Insurance will be paid by our Company and so remove insurance charges and resend the Performa invoice, we received the same but in this they included the Logistic Charges of INR. 6500.00 Which was not in earlier Performa invoice.

We che ked online and found that this charges are illegal as the dealer is giving a price of Ex-Show room and not EX Factory, even the Supreme Court verdict says this type of charges are illegal and unethical.

We now request the concern authorities to step in this and help the consumers.
