I would like to file a complaint regarding a suspected fraudulent travel membership scheme operated through a company called “Eternal Trips.”

Recently, after purchasing a car, we received a phone call informing us that we had won a complimentary voucher from an insurance company through “Eternal Trips.” We were invited to attend a meeting at Park Inn by Radisson Vellore on 17/10/2025 to collect the voucher.

During the meeting, the representatives of the company persuaded and pressured us into paying an amount of ₹65, 000 by making several promises, including travel benefits, membership privileges, and an international trip voucher. The payment was made through an online transaction. They also provided us with a file containing membership-related documents and travel details.

However, within two days of the payment, when we attempted to contact the representatives for clarification and additional information, all the phone numbers provided became unreachable. We also did not receive any response to our emails, messages, or follow-up attempts.

Based on these circumstances, we strongly suspect that we were misled and cheated through false promises and deceptive practices. We believe this may be part of a fraudulent scheme targeting customers.

I have all the necessary proof related to this transaction, including payment receipts, online transaction details, membership documents, call records, messages, and other supporting evidence.

We respectfully request the concerned authorities to:

1. Investigate the activities of “Eternal Trips” and the individuals involved.
2. Help us recover the amount of ₹65, 000 paid by us.
3. Take appropriate legal action against the company and its representatives to prevent similar incidents from happening to others.
