Eternal Trips — Eternal trips travel company not providing the service for what we paid

We purchased a car recently followed by we received a call from eternal trip saying they were offering the 2nughts 3 days stay anywhere in india and asked us to come and collect the voucher. We visited the accord hotel in chrompet. They said that there will be short session explaining about there travel company and they explained everything verbally and promised verbally that we can use group trip and for 5 years totally for 40 days. They will arrange stay for all the trips. We tried to reach out them to plan a trip and there is no proper response at all.
