I purchased the Eternal Trip package on December 9, 2025. Since February 26, I have been continuously following up with them for a booking, but there has been absolutely no proper response from their side.
Recently, their toll-free number goes completely unanswered, and their sales representative is not even picking up calls. This is nothing but a classic mis-selling scam and highly unprofessional behavior.
I have all the proof, including call records, conversations, and the membership card. Taking customers’ money and then disappearing like this is completely unacceptable.
