Ethical Technologies — incorrect qc report

I took a home based proof reading job from ethical technologies neyveli. I paid for registration fee and got the job and completed within their time span. the QC report they send was incorrect. Instead of counting as spell error they counted each error, 1 in text missing and 1 in extra text for the same 1 spell error so the % of accuracy went double.
Their motive is to reject the file anyway and not to pay money for the job done.
totally waste.
My hope on home baed job itself went wrong.
