I ordered a (Designer orange colored georgette anarkali suit - ctk47 × 1)
Rs.1799 from ethnik mall. But they delivered a wrong product. I tried to contact them through email but it is not delivering. Tried calling their customer service number but nobody picked the call. I am ready to return the item and expecting the company to refund the amount my order date is 21/11/2019 and my order id is #50927

I have ordered a pink anarkali salwar on november 6 th. I received the parcel on 11th Nov. It was a different product. A black salwar which was of worst quality looks like old dress and importantly tore at few places. Since that day I have been dropping mail to enquiry.[protected]@gmail.com and trying to contact the customer care number mentioned in the website. I am not getting response. The mails are bouncing back to me.I have spent Rs.1800 on this purchase. I am not getting response from them for a month now.
