Ethnik Mall — wrong product delivered

I ordered a soft silk [protected]@1599from ethinik mall through facebook.. But they delivered a wrong product. I tried to contact them through messenger and watsapp but there was no response.. Tried calling their customer service number but nobody picked the call. I am ready to return the item and expecting the company to refund the amount my order date is 04/04/2019 and my order id is 0404_13591
