I ordered a (Designer orange colored georgette anarkali suit - ctk47 × 1)
Rs.1799 from ethnik mall. But they delivered a wrong product. I tried to contact them through email but it is not delivering. Tried calling their customer service number but nobody picked the call. I am ready to return the item and expecting the company to refund the amount my order date is 21/11/2019 and my order id is #50927...

The shipping tracking is showing that they contacted me 3 times, but I never got the call and they never reached the destination.

Refund my Money immediately....

I had ordered lehenga worth 1999/- on 22/02/19 but the quality was very poor so i initiated the return. I didn’t get any response from the company later i got their address to return the product but now they are not ready to refund my money..

I ordered a kurti from this site and it was not whatbit was shown its size was not appropriate it was a very cheap cloth for 2000 rupees and these guys dont even reply to phone calls. It is really disgusting that they dont have a means to contact no one should order from this site its fake and worst.
I want to return this product due to the disgusting quality and size issue but these people are so careless. I think one needs to file...

The product i have purchased from ethnik mall is of so bad quality that in any way is not worth rs 1799, the fabric is pathetic, ill sized fitting and even stiching is not at all acceptable.in short it's a total disaster. I requested to return my money but their customer care never pick calls no reply on mail. My order id :[protected]
