[Resolved] Ethos Watches India — Defective watch

I bought omega seamaster professional 300 blue dial from ethos store g8 Alfa one mall Ahmedabad on 25 .11.2016. I was given watch with scratches as it was only piece. Now after two months the watch is stopping at ten hours after wearing it for whole day. I contacted ethos people many times but I m guided here and there.
