Issue 1 - Ethos webiste while payment through online has EMI options which I did choose and made the payment through credit card. Later when the amount dint convert to EMI, I checked with bank. They clearly refused for the EMI conversion as according to them, it comes under jewellery segement. If that is the case then why did ethos let me opt EMI option by that bank in the first place?

Issue 2 - Defected Watch - Noticed that there seems to be an issue with rotation of the compass and it never syncs with the minute ring. Sometimes the compass ring doesn't seem to be moving as well.

Issue 3 - Within their regulatory time period, I requested for return and refund for which 19th september the return pickup was scheduled. Post 19th september, it took 11 days for them to initiate the refund. Why would it take 11 days for the return product to reach their warehouse
As per their recent communication, they said 30th September they have initiated the refund and till now I haven't received the refund yet.
It is taking almost a month for them to refund and yet not received. I am not getting any reference number also to check on this from the bank.
Why should customer face trouble for their mistake on fooling the customers through the payment site by EMI option enabled.

I kindly request to please check on this give me my money back as its a huge amount.

I had purchased Fastrack reflex play form Croma Center Motera Ahmedabad on date of invoice - 19/02/2023, at 9:15 pm. in shop the symbol of Fastrack was blinking, it was suggested to me put the watch on charging for hour then start, I had put watch on charging at home but watch is not starting. Only symbol is blinking, it is requested to replace the product.

I bought fastrack watch model no G1474 in silver polish which is almost 2 years old. I bought this watch because of a good company. This watch was bought for Rs 3500 which was more than enough for me. In a short period of time, the silver color of the back part of the watch started to show the color of brass. Also the dailcase also started rubbing which is not right as such a big company. Because the company has made its dialcase entirely of brass instead of steel, due to which I feel very cheated.
The company should make the product keeping in mind the own image so that the customer is not disturbed. Please change this watch of mine to a steel watch because I bought it thinking it was a steel watch. Made from stainless steel is also written on its backside.

Ethos sells older pieces for new prices, which is unlawful. These older pieces sometimes were imported years ago. Some day, someone is going to file a lawsuit against them....

Full Description of Incident:
I gave a watch for repair at Ethos Repair Center in Saket, New Delhi. The amount to be paid to them was Rs. 13385. At the time of payment, their credit card machine upstairs in their office was not working so the lady at the reception took me downstairs to their store. My card was swiped at a machine at 11:19:45 AM. I left and went upstairs to the bathroom. On my way out of the mall, an Ethos staff member came to me and said there was some issue with the payment and my card would need to swiped again. So they swiped the card again for the same amount at 11:25:44 AM.

When I checked my statement later, I discovered I had been doubly charged. I have written to Ethos and shared screenshots of my credit card statement and also the emails I got from the bank showing the transactions but there has been no resolution from Ethos's side. I am attaching screenshots showing the transactions. Looking forward to resolution.

I had purchased a watch from https://www.ethoswatches.com/ on 24th Oct, i was informed a week later that the watch was not available and hence i requested for refund of the amount paid online. it's been over 10 days but still i haven't recieved the amount to my bank account

I was on business trip and while retuning back to mauritius on 31st jan 2019, i dropped at ethos shop at departure in new delhi duty free to buy a tissot watch pr 100 sport chic t101.‪910.22.116.00‬ for my wife. As this model was not available the shop assistant propose me to buy another model pr100 model tissot t101.‪910.11.121.00‬ saying it was the latest one and the bestseller collection. i bought the watch for inr 17, 210...

I had ordered Casio ERA-600RR-2AVUDF and received it on 6th June. But the box is of a different model EF-558sg-1avdf and the watch isn’t covered. Also, there is no cover on the strap or the dial. The tag is lying somewhere inside the manual and not attached with the strap. The unboxing felt I am opening a very old box.

The warranty card also looks very old. Really disappointed at the very first experience with Ethos. I ordered this to gift my friend and luckily checked it before gifting.

One of their customer support executives whom I got connected to luckily this morning told me it happens sometimes when the original box is damaged or missing during packing and he can send a new box. Crap..

I would like to return the order and get a refund. No response to my emails written to [protected]@ethoswatches.com and nobody answers the call on the number mentioned on website. When contacted through chat and messenger all that they do is take my number and say “you will be contacted shortly” which never happened.

On 19 oct 2018, i contacted ethos[protected] regarding a longines watch. Was offered a price, which i agreed to. I was told there is only one watch available at their pune store. I will need to make full payment and then they will send the watch to my address. I said i need to see it physically before buying (What if there is any damage, etc.?). I was told to make 20k as advance and book the watch. It would be sent to their bengaluru store and i could go there and have a look and make the purchase. I contended that since it is being sent to their own store, i need not pay advance. I am prepared to visit the store (With full amount) within 2 hours of being informed of availability and take my decision. The lady got back saying that is acceptable, but is not practical since their sale gets over in 3 days and it will not be possible to ship it within the 2 days on account of a sunday on 20th. I said send me an email regarding cancellation policy, refund policy and warranty. I will make the 20k advance payment online and book it. I was told email will be sent in 5 minutes. No email was sent, but after half an hour, i was told the watch is sold! So, do i want another model?! I went to bengaluru store on 20th and was told there is one piece available at pune. I asked for confirmation and was told it is available. So much for ethics and reliability!

Very poor response from the customer care and the help desk person and they are giving false commitment to the customer on the delivery date which is very ridiculous. they did the delivery Very late. They give poor response to the customer. They don't have any additional number for the delivery team.after 6 pm I am not able to contact the delivery team. It should be always 24/7 so that it will be helpful for customer.

I spoke to some one on web chat and he is just redicrecting to these mobile no.s not giveing any information about the order.

Kindly let me know by when I'll receive the watch or Valcke my order and refund the amount.

Hello team,
I had ordered the kw8x android watch model from the website, but have received an entirely different model which is not even listed among the product list.
The delivered product seems a cheap made one, and when i tried to contact the customer care during their business hours the number is switched off.

Hi, we bought an automatic movada watch from ethos mall of india, noida in april 2017. The watch is a problem since the time we bought it. It has gone for repairs every 2months.in last 7 months, the watch has been in service center for 3 months. I had complained regarding this to ethos and they assured me that the communication had been sent to the movado brand and the brand rejected the request for replacement as the watch is working fine at that particular moment. When i asked them to forward me that reply, they confessed that the communication to the brand was not sent.
They are cheating customers, no action is being taken on this. The watch is 7 months old so is under warranty but there is no use as they are not helping me out.

Paid through online transaction, have been following up with kiran mam since last 17 days, on the contact numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected] and no response yet. I have lost my money and have not received any watch yet.

They promise many times such as call back or order details will be send by end of day today and everyday but no watch has arrived...

Got a call from [sorry forgot the name of the lady] watch did not pass the quality check & they don't have other piece to ship. So requested me to select the other model, even if its on higher price - we will provide on there cost.

As i was busy, i asked to call back on 20 jan - but dint received any call.

23 jan 2018,

I received the mail, stating that i am not reachable, from ms kiran.
I had replied to the mail.

24 jan 2018,

Than, i got the call from ms. Kiran, [protected], i gave the full details of the issue. & gave the new model # es3913

I choose the model with same collection (Tailor) only, this is just brown color.
She advice`d she will call back by 13:00, after internal discussion.

But no call.

25 jan 2018,

I called ms. Kiran back, she dint even remember the issue. Even after providing the order#,

Then i have to explain again from start.,

She advice`d to pay the difference amount, for the new model - so that they can ship the watch.

I got annoyed, there is no commitment from ethos watch.

When you committed that you will replace the watch with new model, after a week you are turning back on your one words.

Now more serious issue, same watch model is available in the website. For fooling customer again even today.

We bought tissot watch from ethos store in inorbit mall, hyderabad in dec 2015. We dont know what is the warranty on that watch. There are so many booklets which came with the watch, but none talks about the warranty on the watch. I want to get the watch strap repaired. The problem is for past 3 months. There is no accidental damage to the watch, the metal strap came out itself. Please suggest the possible options for its repair and let me know, how much warranty my watch carries

I recently bought an Omega Seamaster PlanetOcean series coaxial 8605 from Ethos outlet based in Inorbit mall, Navi Mumbai.
Barely 15 days after the purchase Ethos announced a sale only to be followed by another family sale starting 9th June.
I categorically asked the staff while buying this watch that when does Ethos have its sales period. I wasn't given any definitive answer.
Also I was told that a discount of 22% is the max that they could do at that I wouldn't get any better deal in the market.
In the last few days these promotional mailers, sms, digital marketing campaigns promoting Ethos sales have been flashing across.
Wouldn't one feel left out? Didn't I have the right to look at the wide variety before buying one.
Luxury items are not retailer the way this transaction has been executed.
I had earlier bought a Longines and a Tag from another retailer that situated closed to Ethos outlet primarily because of th difference in pricing.
This time around I bought my mother a watch and got my self one from Ethos only after the assurance that I wouldn't find any substantial difference in the pricing.
