Ethos Watches India — Fraudulent watch being sold

Tissot watch i purchased from your showroom located in the MBD mall Ludhiana on 17th October 2015. But just after 10 days the watch began to develop a time lag of 15 minutes per day. When i went to inquire about the issue at the store, it was conveyed that it might have been a technical snag. But what it appears to me is that I have been sold a defective time piece. Sir I have spent around Rs.30, 000 for this watch, and having glitches just after 10 days is totally unacceptable to me.So I therefore request you to look into the matter and address my grievance as early as possible Thank You Jasnoor pal singh
