Dear sir,

I have visited Ethos duty free shop at IGI Delhi on 15th May 2017 to purchase a Tissot watch. The representative present at the shop falsely acclaimed one of the discontinued models as the latest model and he has sold that watch to me. After reaching Amsterdam, I checked the same on stores here and found that the watch has been discontinued long back and it's a wrong choice. I am not happy with such behaviour of that representative and immediately need to return that watch and want my money back. Please assist here and let me know, if you have any questions.

    I gave my SKAGEN watch to your aforementioned outlet for repair of its band (Only) on 17th March 2017 who in turn send it to your service center at Bangalore.
    Unfortunately till date I do not know the status of my said watch.
    While enquiring through email, I was asked to submit the warrantee card. I sent the cash memo as no warantee card was been given, at the time I purchased it from Mumbai International Airport-Terminal-T2 just 6 months back.
    With this I advise people not to purchase such branded watches and experience such inconvenience. Titan watch in this respect is much better.

      I just got my Tag Heuer connected modular 45 today! The packing looked descent. I started the watch and connected to my phone but since it was really less charged, it went off! Then I put it for charging and now it's never starting again!!! Really disappoint with Ethos! Bad experience!! Please resolve this and you can start by contacting me on my email [protected]@gmail.com

        I bought omega seamaster professional 300 blue dial from ethos store g8 Alfa one mall Ahmedabad on 25 .11.2016. I was given watch with scratches as it was only piece. Now after two months the watch is stopping at ten hours after wearing it for whole day. I contacted ethos people many times but I m guided here and there. I m from far place and I cannot visit Ahmedabad again. So please arrange to resolve my problem in Delhi.

          Had purchaised a mk on 2.10.15 which the very next day wasnt working!
          I went to ethos for replacement bcz i cant accept it which has stopped working the very next day.
          Ethos keeps & repairs it & tells me the watch has been replaced & a new piece is gvn.
          Same problem faced. barely a yr completed.

          SAME PROBLEM FACED. BARELY A YR COMPLETED.
          Spoken to ALI SHAIKH_vashi inorbit ETHOS Store.The answer i get is the same again and the same solution. Fake watches kept or may be defective piece comes to ethos stores.

            Dear Sirs,

            I had purchased a White Rado watch last year from Ethos @ Alpha Mall Ahmedabad.

            Whatever the reason, it keeps stopping every other day!!!

            For last 1 Year am facing this problem on a 1 Lac RS Rado watch.

            We keep getting a watch returned after a few weeks without the problem getting resolved.

            Even today the watch is under warranty. However the store guys have raised their hands saying they Cannot help!!!

                Fraudulent watch being sold

                Tissot watch i purchased from your showroom located in the MBD mall Ludhiana on 17th October 2015. But just after 10 days the watch began to develop a time lag of 15 minutes per day. When i went to inquire about the issue at the store, it was conveyed that it might have been a technical snag. But what it appears to me is that I have been sold a defective time piece.                 My mother in law purchased a Raymond Weil watch from the duty free store at BIAL for the sum o[censored]SD$1771 on her way to Sydney on the 20th March 2015.

                As per my discussions with the Customer Relationship Manager, I would like to return this watch as this same watch is available at considerably lower prices online varying from as low as USD$491 through to about USD$900.

                While the CRM has been kind enough to take my calls and explain the reason behind this, as a valued customer to Ethos, I as the end user am not comfortable paying such a high variance. If the difference was a $100 - $200, I would still reluctantly be ok but at these differences am not comfortable.

                I have attached the pictures of the watch available here in Sydney at local process which is even cheaper than duty free. After following up with them for 8 weeks and with their usual array of answers trying to move away from the subject they finally came back saying nothing can be done.

                My primary concern here is their pricing mechanism to charge such high premiums in a duty free environment and the fact that the bill is hand written and not a computer generated bill. Their avoidance of refunding the amount is a simple lie.

                If there is anything else that needs to be provided from my side, would be delighted to help.

                  Hi Sir,

                  I had purchased a watch (Seiko Japanese Company) at Ehos forum mall Bangalore.
                  The Solar watch did not work , I took it back to the shop and they said the watch was defective and asked me to wait till they got a new piece of the same model. After couple of days they got a different piece and now I am facing the same problem. They have taken the watch for observation , saying that they will charge it and see.

                  This is a very expensive watch which I purchased to gift it to my father on his birthday , costing Rs 11000 .
                  I want to know what should I do if this goes on. I feel very satisfied and powerless to do anything.
                  Going to the shop multiple times and still the problem is not solved. The shop people are not agreeing to give me a different model or my money back.

                  I have had a similar experience with Ethos watches in Ambience Mall Gurgaon. They sold me an Armani watch, and when there was a problem with it, they sent it to the brand for repair. It was in warranty, and one expects the brand / seller to do the repair within the warranty. But the brand came back with a lame excuse laying the blame on me, and Ethos also decided the customer was wrong!! They pleaded helplessness to fight with the brand. Don't understand why they are in the bsuiness of selling luxury products if they don't know how to deal with that level of customers. Better go to established luxury retailers next time...

                    My wife purchased a Maurice Lacroix Watch (2yr warranty) from Ethos Swiss Watch Studio, Select City Walk, Saket, New Delhi in October 2008. I started using it in December end and within 1 week o[censored]sing it, I noticed it was running fast. I returned the same as it was under a two year warranty and it was repaired LOCALLY by ethos and returned to me in 2 weeks stating that the alignment had got disturbed and the fault had been repaired.
                    However, the same problem occurred again and I returned the watch to them in February 2009 and its been lying with them ever since. I have made several visits to their store, spoken to their staff over the phone and exchanged emails with them but I still havent got my watch back.
                    I have been harassed by them and given one date after the other.
                    They have sent my watch to Switzerland now as they claim that they are not authorized to repair any Maurice Lacroix Watch in India. Then why did they repair my watch in the first place in January?
                    I am sick of the false promises that have been made to me by them and I have demanded for a refund.
                    Its been 4months since ethos has my watch, I wish to get the full refund as soon as possible.
