I originally booked a flight ticket on the 8th December from Bangalore to Cairo on Skyscanner.com. The airline(Etihad) cancelled the flight and rescheduled it to 10th december. When I approached the travel agent (Bravofly/lastminute) the only option they gave me was a refund option (even though I requested for an alternate flight) which I refused. I decided to fly on the 10th. Recently I went on Skyscanner website and double checked on Etihad website that the airline had reintroduced the same flights on the 8th December. When I called Etihad customer care they refused to take any responsibility and reschedule the flight to the 8th December even though there were tickets available on their website. They refused to help me in anyway possible. They are cheating customers by cancelling and reintroducing flights. Pls help me reschedul flights to 8th December from Bangalore to Cairo without any additional cost.
