I made a order with euphonycart.com for kadence nk13 double braced keyboard stand. (Order no.9202) on 05.02.2018. I made the payment rs.1190/- by netbanking. As i did not receive any mail about the delivery, i contacted them by phone, email. I did not receive any reply and the product is not yet delivered.
I would be grateful if you could help me get the product.

Sorry for the inconvenient, due to some technical problem this order was not appeared in our order list or could have followed any status against this order (9202) during the time where the customer have mentioned to be ordered which was 05/02/18. But later as far we have concern to our payment gateway partner CC avenues, we have come to the conclusion that this order has been auto cancelled and the amount was auto refunded the amount of Rs.1190/- on 18/02/2018 to the customer account from which the customer have made the payment during the purchase, due to this we could not have had provide the proper status to the customer. Moreover the image of the transaction is being attached here with all the details.

Sorry for the inconvenient, due to some technical issue this order has not been notified and appeared on our system during the time the customer have mentioned to be ordered. However, on the very later date we have come to the conclusion that this order 9202 was being auto-cancelled by CC avenues (our payment gateway partner) and the same amount of Rs.1190/- has been refunded to the same account where the customer have had done the payment. The image of this transaction is being attached here in the comment. And due to this reason we couldn’t have provide the proper status to the customer.
